@TILRs: I removed sound from this video Puramyun31 (talk) 11:09, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
Deleted: interview without sound. Out of scope. --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 13:34, 24 November 2019 (UTC)
After sound removal tere is no copyright issue, but there are doubts whether this video is useful (scope issues). While I agree with Sritau in this matter, I am reopenind the DR due to doubts expressed in COM:UDR. Ankry (talk) 06:45, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
- Keep As I mentioned at this page, removal of sounds is only in order to remove a non-free music (Funny Song - Bensound (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaYwfBnXlmU), CC-BY-ND ) from the videos. It's a effort to avoid containing of the non-free music(s). File:포체티노 단독 인터뷰 2편!! "한국에 가고 싶어요" (GOAL 인터뷰).webm depict the football manager en:Mauricio Pochettino, and File:살이 안 빠지는 이유 Reasons why you are not losing weight.webm depicts ko:심으뜸, a south korean famous youtuber, fitness model, television personality. The videos depict their activities within their normal business ( File:포체티노 단독 인터뷰 2편!! "한국에 가고 싶어요" (GOAL 인터뷰).webm, he interviewed as a football manager business, File:살이 안 빠지는 이유 Reasons why you are not losing weight.webm, she provides fitness informations in the video), not depict simply private situation such as a simple private selfie. Also, there is no restriction on Commons that a file depicts a person should only show a moment such as "extract still images or maybe short clips", or videos uploaded to Commons must contain sound. Therefore in scope. subtitles (these contain informations what the persons said) of these videos still exist (in korean language, using hangul in the videos), so the value of the videos is still remain. If Srittau's narrow definition of the scope generally applies, the vast majority of video uploadings to Commons are significantly restricted. Puramyun31 (talk) 09:07, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
- Keep As Puramyun31 has mentioned we do not require that images, depicting somebody (or something for that matter), must be still. ℺ Gone Postal (〠 ✉ • ✍ ⏿) 03:26, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
Kept: There are legitimate concerns about the scope. The removal of sound from a video reduced its educational scope for some potential viewers. However, the inclusion of subtitles means that the educational use of the video, whilst not ideal, is sufficient for keeping on Commons. --Green Giant (talk) 23:20, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
