Keep. I didn't upload original photo. I just used the version which is used on the stamp. Original photo of course will be with higher quality and copyrighted, but I just uploaded a part of the stamp. --Interfase (talk) 14:09, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

FYI, the size of the file doesn't change its copyright status. This is only valid for fair use claims, which are not allowed on Commons. Regards, Yann (talk) 14:13, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There is not only size. The extract image is fully the same with the image on stamp. And if you think that this image is copyrighted, then why this extract from this image was uploaded? The principle is the same, the photo of the person was used. --Interfase (talk) 14:23, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
"Other stuff exists" is not a reason to keep a copyright violation. These files have to be evaluated. Regards, Yann (talk) 14:27, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
So, you don't have an answer. --Interfase (talk) 15:48, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Strong  Keep. Per above Interfase. --►Cekli829 14:18, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment It also has the appropriate licenses ({{PD-AZ-exempt}}) and templates ({{Extracted from}}). --►Cekli829 18:00, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Comment The situation may be ambiguous due to COM:DW, while Azerbaijani postage stamps are legally exempted from copyright. Brandmeister (talk) 19:27, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: when the stamp is public domain, parts of that stamp is public domain too. JuTa 06:04, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
